Hardscape Restoration

Hardscape installations have become wildly popular over the past 20 years. Including walkways, driveways, pool patios, outdoor kitchens, living areas and fire pits. We offer design and installations for these home features like very few companies do.

Most importantly, we restore hardscapes that have fallen apart and lost their visual appeal. We have a particular process better than anyone that gets amazing results.

Scope of Work:

  1. Thorough cleaning, stain removal & color revitalize for all Paver, Bluestone, Brick and all other hardscape surfaces.
  2. Polymeric sand installation designed to level, stabilize and secure all paver joints while preventing mold regrowth.
  3. High quality, water-based, sealant application for all hardscape surfaces.

Quality workmanship and customer satisfaction are top priorities for Atlantic Coast. We promise to handle the restoration of your property with the care and attention to detail as if it were our own.

The cleaning: First, we’ll perform a thorough cleaning of all the hardscape surfaces and joints. Includes the application of our stone color revitalizer followed by a stain and rust removal application to any areas that need it. After a thorough cleaning, the surfaces and joints receive a hot water rinse in preparation for polymeric sand installation.

The polymeric sand install: After an adequate drying time we’ll return to fill the joints with a high quality, antibacterial, polymeric jointing sand. The residue is blown off, broom cleaned then thoroughly wetted in order to activate the stabilization process. Polymeric sand is a significant upgrade to stone dust joint filler that was commonly used before the advent of Polymeric sand in 2008.

The sealant application: The sealant application: After an adequate drying time from the poly sand install we’ll return to prepare the hardscape surfaces for the application of a high quality, weather protective sealant. In sections, the surfaces are thoroughly blown off and broom cleaned to remove any residual debris. Next, the sealant is applied generously and evenly to create a protective barrier from the elements. The sealant application is designed to maintain the beauty that our cleaning and joint sand install process will achieve for many years to come.
